MORNING MEAL PATTERN
1 Cup – 150 ml (4 oz). 1 Tumbler – 200 ml.
06:00 AM:
Coffee/Tea (Milk – 100 ml)
08:00 AM:
Buttermilk/Tea/Tomato Juice or Lime juice – 1 Tumbler
10.00 A.M:
Rice-2 Cups (100 gms raw weight), Sambar -1 Cup, Rasam, Vegetable, Curd – 100ml.
12.30P.M:
Buttermilk/Tomato Juice or Lime Juice- 1 Tumbler
2.00 P.M.
Any one item only – Idli/Dosai/Chappati/Salt Bread - 3 with Sambar/Tomato/Onion or Mint Chutney or Uppuma/Pongal/Sevai-1-1/2 cup (75 gms raw weight)
4.00 P.M
Coffee/Tea-(Milk-100ml), Biscuits-3 (Marie/Arrowroot/ Monaco or Cream or Cream Cracker) or Sundal-1/2 cup
6.00P.M.
Fruit -1 as allowed.
8.00P.M
