1. Avoid sweets, fried foods, Coconut, nuts and all kinds of synthetic preparation; soft drinks, health drinks.
2. Vegetable other than roots and tubers can be taken liberally with lunch and dinner with no restriction to quantity.
3. Diabetic foods can be included once a week.
4. Porridge of any variety should be strictly avoided
