Note: If you are a BP Patient or having a heart problem consult your doctor and do the exercise according to his advise.
Aerobic Exercises help you in better control of Diabetes and reducing cholesterol and drugs. It helps you to relax from stress.
ESTIMATE OF CALORIE EXPENDITURE
The estimation of calorie expenditure is given according to activities. But what should be borne in mind is, that the calorie expenditure of an individual can very from person to person and this is only an average estimate so that one can have an idea what is all about.
